call. I'm also the one who first reads your e-mail or Fax.
Why do I this? Two reasons. First -- I think you need direct access to communicate with us, ask questions, get detailed and specific answers quickly. I can answer just about any question you have about stock options, take your order or guide you to help you find what you really need. Second -- our service is entirely about helping you make money -- I can do that better than any customer service rep. We are located in the Pacific time zone and answer the phone from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the business week. If you leave a message we try to return the call within 2 hours.
